Welcoming Emma Lee – Our New Head of the Dispute Resolution

We are proud to announce the arrival of Emma Lee at Penn Chambers Solicitors, joining us as Head of the Dispute Resolution at Partner level.

Emma brings nearly 20 years of extensive litigation experience and has previously been recognised by The Legal 500 for her outstanding work in Dispute Resolution and Debt Recovery.

Her legal career spans a diverse range of contentious matters, including:

• Commercial litigation

• Employment law

• Contested probate

• Insolvency

• Complex contractual disputes

This broad and deep expertise makes Emma the ideal leader to shape and grow our new Dispute Resolution Department.

In her new role, Emma will spearhead the development of a department designed to strategically connect our B2C personal legal services with our B2B commercial litigation offering, delivering robust, client-focused solutions across both sectors.
